Terms of Use
Payments
Services for monthly plans are secured by a major credit card and require payment in full before services are rendered. Hourly services are paid in advance by cash, credit card or money order, made payable to Shelby Presley dba NWA Concierge. Services scheduled with less than 24 hours notice, are scheduled with a convenience fee of $20.00, to accommodate necessary scheduling changes. Any prices listed by NWA Concierge are for services rendered by NWA Concierge and do not include charges for third party vendors, or merchandise purchased to complete the request.
Unused Hours
All hours for monthly plans must be used within 30 days of the first hour used. Hours not used within 30 days will not be refunded or rolled over to the following month.
Errands
All errand rates include time from the beginning of task and for the first 15 miles of travel. Travel over 15 miles will be billed at the rate of $.50 per mile.
Pets
Services including the transportation of pets require that the client provide a suitable pet carrier, and proof of Arkansas Rabies Vaccination.
Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, NWA Concierge requires 24 hours notice. Failure to provide any notice will result in the full price of service being charged. Cancellations within less than 24 hours of service will be assessed a $20 fee.
Access to Client’s Property
If NWA Concierge cannot gain access to the client’s residence or place of business, the client will be charged the full cost of the service.
Special Scheduling
Services required outside of regular business hours, may be arranged and will be assessed a $25.00 convenience fee per day, in addition to regular fees.
Privacy Policy
All personal and credit card information collected by NWA Concierge will be gathered for the purpose of providing concierge services and billing the client for services rendered. At no time, will the collected information be disclosed to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the client’s financial obligation to NWA Concierge.
Fee Information
- 1 hour minimum – billing will then be in 15 minute increments
- As many services as possible will be completed in the hour
- Cost of any purchases is NOT included in hourly rate
- Mileage is included up to 15 miles; $. 50 /mile beyond the 15 miles
- Hourly rate begins from the time the office is left until the requested task is completed
- Rates for after hours, holidays, and weekend services will exceed normal hourly rate
- Cancellations require 24 hours notice or a $ 2 0 fee applies
- We respectfully request payment at time of services rendered
- 24 hour notice is requested for all tasks; however, if possible, we will attempt to meet every request
